kept on the hook,
and we were really rooting for you!
it should have been gale!
Oh Gale, it should have been you. At least Katniss actually liked you! And Peeta--you are so sweet, but you deserve better than to be settled for. Katniss wasn't brave enough to pick with her heart.
Ever read a book and think—they were not meant for each other! Us too. Here’s who we think really should have ended up together. (Why doesn’t anyone listen, we are the best matchmakers!)
nick, you didn't have to be such a jerk!
Why did her cute writing buddy Nick have to turn out to be a jerk, leaving Cath stuck with her roommate's ex? The chemistry between Cath and Levi never really worked for me, even though the rest of the book was excellent.
harry and luna forever!
I know that everyone has an opinion on Harry Potter and its fair share of teen melodrama, but I still cannot get over the fact that Harry does not end up with Luna. Highlighted a bit more in the movies, I think we can see they would have been a great couple.
Losses of parents left both to suffer through difficult childhoods. More shared experience comes as each deals with bullies and the reality that each tends to stand out from the rest of the school.
One of my favorite scenes comes in the fifth film when Luna and Harry talk about dealing with loss. Harry is so lost as his only family, Sirius, was snatched away from him. But Luna manages to comfort him by showing him that the things we lose will return to us, even if not in the way we expect.
This is not the only moment when Luna and Harry relate more than I predicted; there are so many. Through flaws and baggage, they manage to be great friends. Their compatibility is much greater than Harry and Ginny’s. Harry and Luna forever I say!
and by the way we all think any harry-hermione talk is blasphemy!
Don't let those Hollywood producers fool you! It was always Hermione and Ron!
